There’s two new Amex Offers today that are again a bit different. There’s two separate offers, one for Staples and one for Home Depot. The offer comes as a percentage, 5%, instead of a fixed statement credit amount. It seems to be targeted, I only have them in a few cards.

This is a bit of a letdown as we’re used to much better offers from Amex. You can easily get 5% discounts at Staples with many cards and also at Home Depot through gift cards.
