“Do More Business” Replaces Amex’ OPEN Savings Program

American Express has ended its OPEN Savings Program. Starting June 1st, they replaced it with a new program called “Do More Business”. This new business program is really just Amex Offers targeting American Express business credit cards.

“Do More Business” from American Express

Here’s the notice from American Express regarding the new program that launched this month:

Beginning June 1, American Express is bringing you the next evolution in business savings by adding a wider variety of relevant offers to Amex Offers for your business. With valuable offers from existing partners like FedEx to exciting new offers from Staples, Dell, and ExxonMobil™, you can take advantage of more opportunities to save 5%-10% or more on business expenses.

We already saw some of these offers earlier this week. You can save 10% at the stores mentioned above. And these offers have higher maximum savings than the ones we often see on personal cards. There’s a direct link to this offers which should help if you don’t see them in your card accounts. Log into your business credit card account online and then visit this link. This FedEx offer for example wasn’t showing for everyone.

Guru’s Wrap-Up

I’m happy with what I’ve seen so far from the new “Do More Business” program. The initial Amex Offers they released are some of the best we have seen recently and useful to many people who have business cards.
