Amex and Break the Love Offer Free Tennis Court Reservations in NY
After revealing cardholder perks for this year’s US Open, American Express also announced that it is continuing its partnership with social sports platform, Break the Love.
For the second-straight year, American Express is teaming up with Break the Love to provide tennis fans with complimentary access to 10,000 court reservations across 500 tennis and pickleball courts in the NY area, bringing the excitement of the Open to fans across the city.
Coming off of last summer’s partnership, Amex found that over 60% of Card Members who booked court reservations expressed interest in clinics*, which typically come with long waitlists. That’s why this year the partnership will include even more options to reserve complimentary clinics, in addition to open courts, and opportunities to participate in racket demos with Wilson at select courts.
Beginning on Wednesday, August 23rd at 9am ET, tennis fans can book complimentary court access on the Break the Love’s website for one full month (from August 24th through September 24th), and American Express Card Members will be able to secure peak reservation times. Court locations include a special pop-up at 74Wythe overlooking the New York skyline, Vanderbilt Tennis Club in Grand Central, select Padel Haus locations, and more.
