  1. Wow thats a long term contract. I wonder if the $200 AMEX rebate is instant or at the end of your 3 year contract. If it’s instant and you cancel the service after a year or so I really don’t belive AMEX would recoup the $200. Seams little unbelievable they will really hold you to a 3 year contract for $200, but who knows maybe….

    • Amex credit should be received a few days after you charge $250+ on the card. But I believe I saw in ADT terms that they can charge you 75% on the remaining contract if you cancel. (It’s in the offer terms actually – Upon early termination by Customer, ADT may charge 75% of the monthly service charges due for the balance of the contract term.)
