Ride Sharing App Via Expands To All Of Five Borough In NYC

Via, a ride sharing app, is expanding once again in NYC. They will now finally cover the whole five borough, making the app much more useful for all New Yorker’s. After their last expansion in November 2017, they were covering only Manhattan, Brooklyn and all three area airports.

Via is also available in Chicago and Washington DC.

Sign Up Bonus

First of all check their coverage area here to see if it makes sense for you. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up by downloading the Via App. You can use my referral code”danny7r4” to get $10 of ride credit (i’ll get the same). You can then refer friends yourself. When your friend signs up with your code, they’ll start off with $10 of Ride Credit, and you’ll get $10 too, once they take their first ride.

Guru’s Wrap-Up

It’s great to see Via expand across all of all of NYC. They still have a very limited coverage area in general though, since they’re present in only three cities. Maybe we’ll see them in more cities soon. They offer cheaper travel options compared to Uber and Lyft from what I’ve seen.
