The $130 eCertificate might now show for everyone for the Galaxy S10e. I think it works for the unlocked version only. Try incognito if you don;t see it, hopefully that helps. Also go through a shopping portal for up to 4% cashback. That’s still too expensive for my liking though. I bought a used S8+ recently for just over $200.
