Better United Explorer Offer: Up to 90K Miles
United and Chase recently launched new public welcome offers on the United credit cards, but some MileagePlus members are seeing an even better deal when they log in through the United app or website.
The offer shown above is for the United Explorer Card, and it can earn you up to 90,000 United MileagePlus miles. That’s 10,000 miles better than the current public Explorer offer. Other cards may have better offers as well, so definitely take a look before applying.

- Earn up to 90,000 miles total:
- 70,000 bonus miles after spending $3,000 on purchases in the first 3 months
- 20,000 additional bonus miles when you add an authorized user in the first 3 months

This is a nice little upgrade over the public offer. The spending requirement stays the same at $3,000, but adding an authorized user gets you 20,000 extra miles instead of 10,000. That brings the total offer to 90,000 miles.
