Chase United Club Infinite Card
Chase has introduced the new United Club Infinite Card with 4X on United purchases, 2X on all other travel and dining, $100 Global Entry/TSA Precheck credit, and more benefits. The United Club Infinite Card had a welcome bonus of 100,000 miles until yesterday. But now there is a new offer that could get you the benefits for the card for one year, with a waived annual fee. While you save $525 on the annual fee for the first year, you do not get a welcome bonus.
100,000 miles have at least double the value of $525, so if you wanted the miles, hopefully you applied for the previous offer. You could even use miles to pay the annual fee at a value of 1.5 cpp. But if you want to use the benefits of the card, such as lounge access, free Global Entry, Premier access etc, without paying anything the first year, this could be an option for you. However most of these benefits would be useless now if you are not traveling.

This product is not available to either (i) current Cardmembers of any United ClubSMÂ credit card, or (ii) previous Cardmembers of any United Club credit card who received a new Cardmember bonus for this credit card within the last 24 months. If you are an existing United Club Visa Signature Cardmember and would like this product, please call the number on the back of your card to see if you are eligible for a product change.
These card is subject to the Chase 5/24 rule.
Guru’s Wrap-up
A decent offer that we have seen in the past. But you do not get any bonus miles when you are approved for the card. With the Chase 5/25 rule limiting many people, going for the big offers is usually the best idea. Even if you are thinking of applying with this offer, is still probably best to wait until you think you might travel again, so you can take advantage of the benefits.
