Consumers who purchased bottles of Templeton Rye whiskey and alcoholic beverages containing Templeton Rye whiskey between January 1, 2006 and July 21, 2015 are eligible for rebates. You can only claim up to 6 bottles per rebate and you will receive $6 per bottle with proof or purchase or just $3 without proof.
You can also submit a claim for alcoholic beverages containing Templeton Rye whiskey purchased at a bar or restaurant. You will receive a payment of $1 per beverage,up to 5 beverages.
The lawsuit alleges that Defendant Templeton Rye Spirits, LLC engaged in deceptive marketing and charged premium prices by, among other things, failing to adequately disclose that its product was distilled in the State of Indiana. Defendant denies all allegations of wrongdoing. The lawsuit doesn’t include businesses that purchased Templeton Rye whiskey for resale.
If you are eligible, you have to make sure that you file for a rebate before November 18, 2015.

I believe they will need a receipt Brad 🙂 but you can still file a claim with no proof of purchase if you don’t have it.
