A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit about the labeling and advertising of K-Cup single serving coffee pods labeled as recyclable.

The lawsuit, which has been pending since 2014, claims that Keurig monopolized or attempted to monopolize and restricted, restrained, foreclosed, and excluded competition in order to dictate the prices of Keurig K-Cup Portion Packs at artificially high levels.
