Citi is offering 20,000 ThankYou points for their ThankYou Preferred Card. What’s interesting about the offer is that it comes with no spending requirement at all. The wording is a bit weird. It says that in order to receive the points, you need to make $0 in purchases within 3 months of account opening.Â
