New T-Mobile Tuesdays Deals and Freebies This Week
T-Mobile customers can once again claim a new batch of weekly offers through the T-Life app. The promotions usually include a mix of free food items, fuel discounts, photo deals, magazine subscriptions, and other small perks from participating brands.
Customers with eligible T-Mobile, Metro, or Sprint plans can open the T-Life app each Tuesday to view and claim the latest offers. Most deals need to be activated in the app before redeeming them with the participating merchant.

- Super Duolingo: Free 3-month Super Duolingo subscription
- Shell Fuel Rewards: $0.20 off per gal with Complimentary Gold Status
- Photo Prints: Free 8×10 print with CVS Pharmacy next-day in-store pickup

T-Mobile Tuesdays is still worth checking occasionally, even though the offers are usually pretty modest these days. Some weeks have useful food or fuel deals, while others are mostly filler promotions.
If you already have T-Mobile service, though, there’s really no downside to opening the app once a week and seeing if anything is worth claiming.
