Southwest Airlines Fares Now Showing on KAYAK
Southwest is the second largest domestic airline in the US, flying more than 136 billion revenue passenger miles during the past 12 months. Recently, the airline announced some major changes to its business model, and before it started showing its fares on Google Flights.
Continuing on the latter trend, Southwest has also partnered with KAYAK . The airline’s fares are now integrated within KAYAK’s flight results. That means that customers can easily compare fare attributes like ticket refunds, travel credit transferability, same-day changes, checked bags, flexible seating and more.
While you can see Southwest fares on KAYAK, users will then be transferred directly to Southwest’s own website or mobile experience to complete a transaction.
Having Southwest listed alongside other airlines is a good thing for customers, as it helps them book the best fare available.
