This deal gives you a 10% discount, which could be profitable depending on your reselling relationship. If you have e Simon Mall nearby and are able to buy large amounts of gift cards, it might be worth checking out. However some malls do enforce their own limits, and they were limiting people to just one purchase per day during the last deal. You should use a card that earns you at least 2X in rewards or can use this deal to work towards minimum spending.
