Definitely not the best use of Chase Ultimate Rewards points, as you can often do much better if you transfer to travel partners. You can also redeem for travel for 1.5 cents each if you have a Chase Sapphire Reserve card, or 1.25 if you have a Chase Sapphire Preferred card. But if you have just a small amount of points that you’re looking to redeem, this could be a decent option. Or if you have a large amount and not able to travel right now, which is most people.
