As one of our readers pointed out in the comments, this public $225 checking account bonus from Santander Bank has been limited to only a few states.

The bonus came around in February and it’s available until the end of the month, however yesterday Santander changed the terms to limit its availability from nationwide, to just NH, MA, RI, CT, DE, NY, NJ & PA.

This is a good reminder that if you see a bonus worth going for, do it right away. We’ve seen many deals be pulled early or have restrictions like this added on later.
