Serves me right for waiting til the last day the amex offer was valid…. but Wow, those “detailed instructions” via reddit were a nightmare….. no explanations as to why that open a half dozen links, but “wait, don’t do … something…. yet” would actually work…. in the end, couldn’t even get the direct (yet required) Amex offer link to work….. kept getting, “try again, something — unspecified — not working”…..
First time I ever encountered an “amex offer” that required you to use their specific link, rather than just use the amex card…. (suspect a lot of people will report this as “failed” exercise in endless stacking madness)
