This account has a $10 monthly fee that cannot be waived. It’s not clear how long you need to keep the account open.

It is a very easy bonus, but the issue is the $10 monthly fee for the NorthOne account. I’m not sure how long you need to keep this account and every month you pay a fee, eats into your bonus.
