Lakewood man indicted in $8 million credit card scheme

A township man was indicted Friday for his role in an $8 million credit card scam for which he could spend the rest of his life in federal prison if convicted, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. Aharon Lev, 33, was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, two counts of wire fraud and two counts of aggravated identity theft, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a prepared statement Friday evening.
