New CLEAR Concierge Service for Extra $99
CLEAR offers a popular, but expensive service called CLEAR Plus which expedites airport security. It lets members bypass some lines by using their eyes or fingerprints to verify their identity, moving them to the front of the TSA line or other security checkpoints.
A CLEAR Plus membership now costs $209 annually. But thankfully there are a few credit cards that have it as a complimentary perk.
Now CLEAR has launched a new service that lets you skip that expedited CLEAR+ line. CLEAR Concierge is a premium service exclusively for CLEAR+ members offering two tiers:
- Concierge Express for an extra $99
- Concierge Gate Service for an extra $179
Concierge Express provides curbside assistance and expedited CLEAR Plus Lane access. Concierge Gate Service also provides check-in assistance, help with baggage, and walking to to your gate or destination within the airport. gate guidance support.
You will need to book your CLEAR Concierge service at least 10 hours before your appointment time. All travelers in your party ages 18 and older will need to be CLEAR+ Members, but kids under 17 can join you for free. There doesn’t seem to be a limit to the number of people that can be in your party, and included in the price.
The service is currently available at 14 major U.S. airports, with Atlanta International Airport being added soon. That includes:
