M1 High-Yield Savings, Earn Up to 4.50% APY

M1 announced today that it will soon launch a high-yield savings account where M1 Plus members earn 4.50% APY on their cash. The M1 High-Yield Savings Account will be an FDIC-insured account offered by a partner bank, B2 Bank. The account will launch early next year.

If you don’t pay for the M1 Plus membership, which costs $125 per year, the base rate for the savings account will be 0.50% APY.
