This is not the best use of fuel points if you can maximize them with actual fuel purchases. For every 100 fuel points you get 10¢ off on your fuel purchase at Kroger Fuel Centers. You can get a discount up to $1 per gallon, for up to 35 gallons. But if you are not driving much right now, then using all your fuel points might not be easy. So this gives you another way to use them up, instead of letting them expire.
