JetBlue Plus Card, Get 5K Referral Bonus or 40K Signup Bonus
JetBlue is sending out emails with a referral offer for its JetBlue Plus Card. You can earn 5,000 JetBlue points, up to 50,000 total, and your friends can still earn the same public bonus of 40,000 JetBlue points when they sign up. The referral can be sent by email, but I don;t see an option to do so when I log in online. You might need to have received the email with the promotion from JetBlue in order to refer friends.
JetBlue Plus Card Referral Bonus
Earn up to 50,000 bonus points! Earn 5,000 bonus points for every approved account you refer, up to a maximum of 50,000 bonus points. This special offer won’t last long! Your friend must apply and be approved by June 28, 2018 in order for you to receive bonus points.
Offer Terms
- Existing JetBlue Plus Card members will receive five thousand (5,000) bonus points for each friend who applies for and is approved for a JetBlue Plus Card using the apply link in this email by June 28, 2018.
- A maximum of fifty thousand (50,000) points can be earned through this offer.
- To be eligible to receive the bonus points, the cardmember’s account must be open, active and in good standing until points are awarded, which may take up to 8-10 weeks from the promotion end date.

Guru’s Wrap-Up
If you have the card, then you can refer friends to earn a 5,000 bonus per referral. Your friends will get the same 40K bonus that they would currently get, so it is a better deal. However we have seen a 60K offer in the past for this card, so it might be worth waiting if you do not need the points right away.
