inKind Removes Ability to Stack Multiple Offers on One Check
inKind has made another negative change to its platform. Previously, users could split a restaurant bill across multiple inKind accounts and redeem an offer on each account. That’s no longer possible.
Under the new policy, you’re limited to one offer or cashback redemption per check, regardless of how many inKind accounts are used to pay. Once an offer is applied, no additional offers or cashback can be used on that same check.
If the restaurant can split your bill into multiple separate checks (with different check numbers) then that would still work. Otherwise you can continue to use inKind Cash (gift card balance) on t5he other account, after applying an offer on the first account
Guru’s Wrap-up
This is another devaluation for frequent inKind users who could previously use multiple offers on a single meal. This is still a great dining app, as you can often get your inKind Cash at a 35% discount. But it’s clearly heading in the wrong direction with some of its recent changes.
If you have not check out it out yet, you can sign up now to get $25 off your first bill of $50 or more.
