IHG has a promotion that will get you a third night free in select cities in Southeast United States. You need to book by May 28 and stay by July 31. That date might be a bit too early for most people, but you can cancel worry-free at least 24 hours in advance of your stay. The promotion does not apply to reward nights.

Offer Terms
- All bookings must be consumed by July 31, 2020 at participating IHG® hotels and resorts in select markets listed below.
- The discount is a nightly 33% off the Best Flexible Rate when a minimum 3-night stay is booked for IHG® Rewards Club members.
- This rate is available for all stays up to 30-days for a maximum of ten (10) nights “on us.”
- Booking must be made at least one (1) day in advance.
- Bookings are not refundable if the stay dates fall when there is a special event at the hotel, as designated by individual hotel.
- All other bookings for this sale are refundable if cancelled more than one day before the check-in date. Cancellations made less than one (1) day before the check-in date will result in forfeiture of payment for the entire stay.
- Not applicable with other discounted rate promotions or reward nights.
