IBERIABANK, up to $400 Bonus for First Responders
IBERIABANK has two bonuses of $250 and $400 for first responders. These bonuses are only available in AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, TN, & TX.
Offer
To qualify for $250 Cash Bonus:
- Primary signer must be a new checking client to IBERIABANK who:
- Opens a new Freedom Checking account with a minimum $50 deposit balance with new money not currently held by IBERIABANK;
- Has $500 or more of combined direct deposit per statement cycle made to this account within 60 days of account opening; AND
- Account remains active for at least six months.
To qualify for $400 Cash Bonus:
- Primary signer must be a new checking client to IBERIABANK who:
- Opens a new High Interest Checking account with a minimum $100 deposit balance with new money not currently held by IBERIABANK;
- Maintains a daily minimum balance of $5,000 or more within 10 days of account opening;
- Has $500 or more of combined direct deposit per statement cycle made to this account within 60 days of account opening; AND
- Account remains active for at least six months.
Eligibility

- Offers only available to full time employees with fire, police or Paramedic/EMT Services within IBERIABANK’s geographic footprint. Proof of employment may be required.
- Primary signer must be a new checking client to IBERIABANK who opens a new non-interest personal checking account with new money not currently held by IBERIABANK.
- Limit of one cash bonus per household in a 12-month period. Offer is not available to clients whose accounts have been closed within 90 days or closed with a negative balance.
Fees
Freedom Checking has a monthly fee:
- $8 for accounts with e-Statements
- $10 for accounts with paper statements
It can be waived with any of the following:
- Maintain a minimum daily balance of $1,000 or more
- Or, combined monthly direct deposits of $500 or more
- Or, you are a student with e-statements*
- Or, you are a small business owner* and have an IBERIABANK small business checking account
High Interest Checking has a $20 monthly fee that can be waived if you:
- Maintain an average collected monthly checking balance of $5,000 or more per monthly statement cycle;
- Or, maintain a combined average collected balance of $25,000 or more per statement cycle in your personal deposit accounts;
- Or maintain an outstanding principal balance of $25,000 in your personal loan accounts;*
- Or, you are a small business owner and have an IBERIABANK business checking account*
If your new checking account is closed within the first six months, the earned bonus will be deducted at account closing.

The same bonus was public for everyone, but just expires a couple of weeks ago. This bonus for first responders doesn’t have an expiration date. The $400 bonus requires a deposit of $5,000, which you would also need to waived the monthly fee. You also need to make a direct deposit of $500 or more.
