Marriott has lunched a new promotion for Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, offering a 10% discount on stays through the end of June. Check out the details below and book by June 2, 2024 in order to get this discount.

• 10% discount on stays of 2 nights or more at select home rentals in the U.S.. Valid on both cash and Marriott Bonvoy point redemption bookings.
• Book by June 2, 2024
• Stay through  June 30, 2024

Important Terms

• A “stay” is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity. 
• The 10% discount is available on both cash and Marriott Bonvoy point redemption bookings (excluding Free Night Awards). 
• Registration is not required for this promotion.    
• Save 10% per eligible stay at a participating home rental booked between May 25, 2024 (12:01 AM EST) – June 2, 2024 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”).  
• Stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning May 27, 2024, up to and including nights stayed on or before June 30, 2024. 
• A select number of homes are excluded from the 10% Off Sale. 
• For participating homes, the 10% Off Sale discount will be automatically applied to the nightly rate during the checkout process. Taxes, fees, and any incidental expenses will not be discounted. 
• Members earn five (5) base Points for each U.S. dollar, or the currency equivalent, on all Qualifying Charges incurred and paid for by the Member through the HVMB Platform.   
• Marriott Participating Brand Residences may be featured on the HVMB Platform: however, they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and do not participate in this promotion.  
• Marriott branded hotels, branded residences, and Marriott Executive Apartments are not included/eligible for this promotion.
