You can keep your own phone and number, and there’s no requirement to switch to T-Mobile after the 30 days. You get a SIM card and a pocket-sized trial device. You use wi-fi to connect it to your current phone. It’s that easy. When the network trial is over, you can return the device to any T-Mobile store in Boston, Austin, or Atlanta, or pass it on to a friend so they can experience the network trial, too.
