You can earn
- 4% in eBay Bucks every qualifying item of $50 or more
- 6% in eBay Bucks for every qualifying item of $100 or more

These offers are targeted and you need to receive the email in order to qualify. You can start shopping right away at 8am, even on the East Coast, no need to wait till 11am as usual.
