Starting today at 5:00AM PT (8:00AM ET) on February 25, 2015, till 11:59PM PT on February 26, 2015, you can earn 4x the usual rate on eBay Bucks on purchases of $50+. The usual 2x in eBay Bucks will be quadrupled, so you’ll earn 8%.

Keep in mind that you don’t earn eBay Bucks when buying eBay gift cards. Rewards are capped at $100 per transaction and $500 per Earn Period. Purchases must be completed during the Promotion period and paid for with PayPal before the Promotion ends.
TopCashBack is offering 2.5% cash back today on eBay purchases. iConsumer a relatively new portal is offering 3% ($20 cap per month). Also you’ll earn points/miles if you use your favorite credit card, or just use the eBay gift cards you’ve already purchased.
This is a great opportunity to look for discounted gift cards to use for yourself or resell (there’s a lot of gas cards available) and also merchandise for reselling that you can usually find in Daily Deals. You can easily get about 12-13% off in total.
Here’s an example. This Cabela’s gift card is selling for $40. You’ll get $3.20 back in eBay Bucks, $1.20 back from iConsumer and $2 back from your Ink Card (sold by PPDG and we’re assuming 1c per UR point). So you’re paying $33.60 or less for a $50 gift card.
