Discover Cards Moving to Capital One
Discover has sent out emails to many cardholders informing them that their card will move to Capital One. The email says that you will “soon have more ways to earn, new benefits and a new account experience using the Capital One website and app.”
Here’s the information and some important dates regarding the switch:

Now: Keep using your card and managing your account as usual.

The next few months: You’ll get more information from both Discover and Capital One, including details about new benefits and how you’ll manage your account moving forward.

July 24-26: We’ll finish setting up your card account with Capital One. You can use your card without interruption.

July 27: You will start using the Capital One website and app to manage this account.
