Citi Spending Bonus, Extra 4% back on Amazon or 5% on Groceries, Gas and More
Citi has sent out new targeted offers that will earn you extra cash back or additional rewards for credit card spending. Offers vary from one account to the other and were sent by email. You might see an extra 4% for Amazon purchases, or 4% and 5% extra for select categories elsewhere.
Offer
There are several different offers that have been sent out, each one with additional earning at select merchants.
- Earn an additional 4% cash back when you shop for eligible purchases at Amazon.com with your Citi card.
- Earn an additional 5% cash back when you shop for Gas Stations, Car Rentals and Hotels with your Citi card.
- Earn an additional 5% cash back when you shop for Groceries with your Citi card.
- Earn an additional 5% cash back at Restaurants, including pickup and delivery.
Offer Terms
- This offer starts upon enrollment and will end on 02/28/2021.
- Earnings associated with this program will equal 4% (or 5%) bonus cash rewards on eligible purchases and may overlap with other special offers in which you are currently enrolled.
- Bonus cash rewards earned with this offer are subject to a maximum of $25.
Guru’s Wrap-up
