Chick-fil-A is updating their membership program. They have updated the Chick-fil-A app and are also introducing new learning and redeeming options for their most loyal customers.
The new membership program is called Chick-fil-A One. Once you spend at least $15 you’ll be able to start redeeming points for rewards shown in the app.
There’ll be three different tiers. The basic Chick-fil-A membership, Chick-fil-A silver and Chick-fil-A red. You will need to collect a thousand points to reach the silver level and 5000 points to reach the red level. At the basic level you will earn 10 points for dollar spent. At the silver level you learn 11 and at the red level you learn 12.
“The new Chick-fil-A One membership program was designed based on customer feedback – it shows members exactly how many points they have and lets them choose how they redeem points for rewards,” a representative told Business Insider.
