Chase have increased their Ink Cash card offer to 30,000 UR points, and it is publicly available for small business owners. This is a limited time offer so it will probably end soon.
To qualify and receive your bonus, you must make Purchases totaling $3,000 or more during the first 3 months from account opening.
This card does not have an annual fee but it still earns 5% cash back at at office supply stores and on cellular phone, landline, internet and cable TV services, up to $25,000 per year. .
The 30K UR points are advertised as $300 cash but you can easily get much more value out of them. Also you might get an extra 15K UR points if you do the $3K spending requirement at a 5X qualifying merchant such as Office Depot or Staples.
