Chase and Tock Partnership
Chase and Tock are expanding their relationship to integrate Tock’s leading dining reservation platform into Chase Ultimate Rewards. Tock’s network has restaurants, wineries, and culinary pop-ups across 200 cities and 30 countries worldwide. Starting later in 2020, it will be easily accessible to Chase Sapphire®, Freedom® and Ink® cardmembers. The expanded Chase and Tock partnership will provide a new dedicated dining page within the Chase Ultimate Rewards platform and the Chase Mobile App.
Cardmembers will have the ability to book reservations as well as once in a lifetime culinary experiences. They will be able to redeem Ultimate Rewards towards any restaurant offering prepaid experiences. The new offerings will add to the diverse suite of travel, shopping and experiential redemption and earn capabilities offered today to millions of Chase cardmembers through Ultimate Rewards.
Eligible Chase cardholders with have the following options for Tock bookings:
- Use Ultimate Rewards points
- Pay with cash
- Pay with cash + points
It is not clear what value you will get when redeeming Chase Ultimate Rewards points this way. Chase and Tock will reveal more details on the capabilities offered to cardmembers in the coming months, as per the press release.
This Chase and Tock partnership was first established in 2018 and currently offer Chase credit and debit cardmembers exclusive access to select reservations on Tock. Tock’s platform integration with Ultimate Rewards will expand on these offerings by connecting restaurants directly with Chase customers
