Chase Aeroplan Card Could Be Getting a Refresh
The Chase Aeroplan Card appears to be heading for a refresh. A Kayak demo page was recently discovered showing what look like upcoming card benefits, while some existing cardholders have already spotted a new $100 Air Canada statement credit inside their Chase accounts.
Here’s what has been mentioned or spotted so far:
- Up to $100 in Air Canada statement credits, split into two $50 credits annually. This benefit has already appeared in some cardholders’ Chase accounts.
- 3X on travel.
- 3X at grocery stores and restaurants through December 31, 2026, dropping to 2X beginning in 2027.
- 2X on gas beginning in 2027.
- The Kayak information indicates Pay Yourself Back may end after December 31, 2026, although this benefit has historically shown year-end expiration dates and subsequently been renewed, so that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s actually disappearing.
