The account comes with a $20 monthly fee you must maintain a $10,000 minimum combined balance.
A fee will apply if Exceptional Plan is closed within 12 months of account opening or the direct deposit requirement is not met.
Guru’s Wrap-Up
The iPad is a pretty good bonus and you also get it right away at account opening. But it does come with several requirements. You could get away with paying one or two monthly fees and then closing the account, but I’m not sure what the early closing fee is.
The offer is limited to Hawaii only and you must go in branch. I also don;t have any information whatsoever on this bank, so if you’re familiar with them, please let me know.
If this bonus is not for you, then you can check our full list of available bank bonuses.
