You need to spend at least $2 in order to get the discount, and there’s a limit of $5 in savings per order. So it’ maximized with an order of $50.
The card is free for those who have a Square Cash account. The often have these ‘boost’ offers that are loaded to your debit card. Here’s the offers that I see in my app:
