Capital One Adds Streaming Category to Savor Cards

Capital One has added Streaming Services as a bonus category to its Savor and SavorOne credit cards.

  • Capital One Savor card will earn 4% cashback on streaming services through September 30, 2020.
  • Capital One SavorOne card will earn 3% cashback on streaming services through September 30, 2020.

Previously, streaming services only earned 1% cashback on both cards. Here’s a complete list of the services eligible for this cash-back bonus, as reported by Business Insider:

  • Netflix
  • Hulu
  • Spotify
  • Disney+
  • Kindle Unlimited

Back in April, Capital One started letting you redeem miles for eligible restaurant delivery, takeout and streaming service purchases. So this is another benefit for cardholders for the most used categories during the pandemic. Capital One has also extended the spending period for welcome bonuses for new applicants.

It is always good to see a new benefit added to your card without a fee increase. However, this will only last a few months, so might not be worth it that much. Plus other cardholders have also increased rewards and offers for streaming services.
