Booking.com and Google Nest announced a year-long partnership earlier this month aimed at helping to build a more connected and seamless trip experience for travelers and hosts. The partnership will encompass offers and incentives for Booking.com customers.
To kick off the partnership, Booking.com is giving away free Google Nest Minis for US-based travelers who book a stay between December 26, 2019 and January 5, 2020, and spend a minimum of $150. You need to complete the stay and check out before 30th April 2020 23:59 EDT. Must enter promo code GOOGLENEST during checkout. The second-generation Nest Mini retails for $49 USD but you can usually find deals between $3- and $40.
The smart speaker can be used to check flight times, weather and translation or even controlling thermostats and lighting.
Offer Terms
- The minimum transaction value, as displayed during the booking confirmation, needs to be no less than $150 (One Hundred and Fifty USD), inclusive of taxes, or local currency equivalent.
- The booking needs to be made (i) by USA customers, (ii) in the USA (Booking.com will determine this based on User IP address at the moment of booking), (iii) with shipping addresses in the USA, understood as one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories);
- User must create and/or hold a valid Google account in order to redeem the device
- User must have or create a valid Booking.com User Account in order to receive the Google Incentive Link and must opt in to this Program by entering the coupon code provided by Booking.com (GOOGLENEST) before completing the booking process
