Amex Offers are a great extra perk on all American Express credit cards, charge cards, and even prepaid cards. You can see these offers in your account online and you will usually get a statement credit or earn extra MR points for spending a certain amount at a specific merchant. You will need to add the offer to a specific card, and then use that card to get the credit.
There’s a new Amex Offer that can get you a 10% discount at Best Buy and can even turn a profit through gift card purchases. The offer is available on all American Express cards.

Guru’s Wrap-Up
This will give you a 10% discount if maximized. Best Buy usually has a nice selection of gift cards in-store so that means that you should be able to get a 10% discount at a variety of merchants, eBay included. You can also purchase Visa gift cards at a negative cost. There’s also some gift card options online which can be found here but keep in mind that this offer is not valid for e-gift card purchases.
This Amex Offer can also be useful for purchasing electronics and possibly for resale if you see any good discounts. You can combine this 10% offer with 2.5% in Best Buy Rewards and maybe some portal cashback. Best Buy matches other retailers prices, so adding 10% off top of that could net you some nice deals.
