NYC-Barcelona for $168 Round-Trip

TAP Portugal has some incredible fares available for travel to Barcelona from JFK in NYC. Base fares are just $1, but total can come out as low as $168 round-trip with taxes and fees. There’s a stop in Lisbon as well. The lowest fares are showing up at SkyScanner in November. Search by month to find the lowest fares.

There’s one big issue though as View from the Wing points out. Tickets are non-refundable with a $300 change fee. That’s almost twice as much as the ticket itself.

November might still be too early to start booking non-refundable fares. I’m sure travel will have resumed by then, but I would guess that there will still be plenty of disruptions and possible a second wave of the pandemic. You can check out more travel dates in February and March, where I was able to find some dates for $174 round-trip.
