Amtrak Auto Train Sale
Amtrak is helping people travel through the East Coast without traffic on its Auto Train, and offering some low fares at the same time. If you book now, you can travel down the East Coast to Florida in Coach for as low as $29 plus the cost of your vehicle, and skip the I-95.
The Auto Train operates daily non-stop service and lets travelers to bring along their cars, vans, SUV’s, motorcycles, jet-skis, or even small boats.
During this sale, you can also book Roomette fares start at just $129. Or upgrade to a Bedroom starting at $329 and relish in all these amenities with twice the space. Plus, all customers in Private Rooms are offered complimentary meals during their trip
The sale ends March 4, 2022. Eligible southbound travel dates (from Lorton, VA to Sanford, FL) are March 7 – June 30, 2022, with no blackout dates.

Offer Terms
- Valid for Auto Train southbound service only.
- Valid for sale February 22 – March 4, 2022.
- Valid for travel March 7 – June 30, 2022.
- Advance reservations are required a minimum of three (3) days prior to travel.
- Fares for Private Room accommodations (Roomettes and Bedrooms) include rail and accommodation charge.
- Double occupancy requires the same reservation and travel in the same, shared accommodation.
- Refundability is determined by fare purchased.
- Coach fares are non-refundable but may be exchanged prior to departure; a 25% cancellation fee may apply.
- Sleepers must be cancelled at least 15 days prior to scheduled departure; a 25% cancellation fee may apply.
- Rooms cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled departure and prior to departure will receive a non-refundable eVoucher and a 25% cancellation fee may apply.
