Amex Offers for Everyday Spend, Earn Extra Points or Cashback
American Express has launched new Amex Offer for everyday spending on consumer and business credit cards. These offers give you extra cash back or additional Membership Rewards for any purchase online and in-store. But at most you will receive an extra 1% back or 1X extra points.
Some older offers expire in August 2023, while newer offers that starting showing up today expire on January 2024. Check out some of the offers that you might find in your accounts.

- Spend $2,000 or more and get $20 back. Up to 3 times.
- Spend $2,000 or more and get 1,000 Membership Rewards Points. Up to 3 times.
- Spend $2,000 or more and get 2,000 Membership Rewards Points. Up to 3 times.
- Spend $3,500 or more and get 2,000 Membership Rewards Points. Up to 3 times.
- Spend $12,000 or more and get 6,000 Membership Rewards Points. Up to 3 times.
- Spend $47,000 or more and get 12,000 Membership Rewards Points. Up to 3 times.
And there are probably even more versions out there.

These offers are not very enticing on their own. But they can be a useful addition if you’re already planning to use an American Express credit card for considerable spending.
You can earn one extra point on online and in-store purchases, or an additional 1% cashback.
