With this Amex Offer you can earn a one-time $250 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $1,000 USD in one or more purchases on property rate and charges incurred at time of reservation at participating Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy® properties from 3/16/2026 to 5/24/2026.

As you can see, the spending requirement can be completed in one or more purchases. But often these stays will be more towards the expensive end. If you spend exactly $1,000 for your stay, the you’re getting a 25% discount.

- Qualifying purchase means a purchase at a participating Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy® property made during the offer period with your enrolled American Express Card and which is in an amount totaling at least $1,200 USD as posted to your account, following conversion from a foreign currency, if applicable, in accordance with your Cardmember Agreement.
- Offer not valid for stays that are paid for before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date (for example, if the final payment that occurs 30 days before your stay falls outside of the promotion dates, it will not count towards qualification).
