These are targeted offers so you need to log into your accounts online to see if you’re targeted. I saw them on my Old Blue Cash card.
The offers can get you a decent discount if you stay at these hotels. Gift card purchases have also triggered the Amex Offer in the past so that could be a way to lock in savings if you can;t use the offer before the deadline.
