This Amex Gold Card 100K offer is the highest points bonus we have seen. However, we also saw a 90K offer recently with an additional 20% back on restaurant purchases. 

Even now, before applying for the 100K offer, you should check referral links from friends and family members for a 90K offer. Combined with the referral bonus that can be as high as 30K, you come out ahead.

But either way, if you are eligible, you should apply for one of these offers. Amex Gold Card is already one of the best cards for restaurants, and you also get the other benefits that come with the card, such as $10 monthly credits for Uber and another $10 at Grubhub and other select merchants.
