The American Airlines Business Extra program is a loyalty program for businesses. You can earn points from both, the Business Extra program and AAdvantage program for the same flight. When employees fly, they earn their individual AAdvantage miles, and member companies earn points that can be redeemed for travel awards. Companies earn 1 point for every $5 spent on flights on American, British Airways and Iberia, as well as codeshare flights on Finnair, Qantas and Japan Airlines.
