This promotion is targeted, but you can quickly check the link below to see if you are eligible. Offers might vary from one account to the other, but I see a discount of 40%, up to maximum of $15 off.
You need to use your US Bank rewards to take advantage of this promotion. The discount should work for third party gift cards sold on Amazon as well.
