After making your eligible Prime Video stream, you will receive an e-mail within the next few days from Amazon that indicates the $5 promotional credit is in your account. Promotional credit must be redeemed within 14 days of receiving the email.

Offer only valid for eligible Amazon customers located and with a billing address in the United States who have received this offer directly from Amazon through email or online display advertisements.

The credit will automatically expire after 14 days.
